Daina Klassen
Daina currently works as a behavioral interventionist and SEA for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and her ambition is to encourage and inspire children to grow through sports.
Iris Singh
Iris has coached for Lynden Sammartino, the goalie coach for the Victoria Royals. He has also been working with Lynden as a player for multiple years; learning valuable tools that will aid him in coaching and help young athletes achieve their goals.
Dylen McKinley
Dylen is an excellent choice for high performance players wanting to get to the highest level in hockey. Dylen offers a strong ability to teach skills and techniques, and is an excellent addition to our coaching staff at NHTC.
Josh Monk
Josh Monk is a proud alumni of the Langley Minor Hockey Association, and was named the 2010 Rookie of the year while playing for the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, and is excited and ready to train our local players at NHTC.
James Abar
James’ career plan is to become a full time hockey coach/instructor and is an excellent coach for all skill levels from skating skills to positional play, and is particularly helpful for kids wanting to play defense.
Bob Stecher
Bob is an experienced minor and spring hockey coach who is able to push the players to their maximum level, with a goal for each player to improve their skills in a hard working and fun environment.
Robin Trainor
Robin coaches with the Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association as a skills coach, expertly helping with their development program as an assistant coach, and is a respected stick handling coach with the Turcotte Hockey School as well.
Stefan Gonzales
Stefan grew up in Surrey and found a passion for hockey at an early age,
recruited by former Selkirk Saints coach Jeff Dubois, who had built a powerhouse program in Castlegar. NHTC is happy to have Stefan on staff to help mold our young hockey prospects.
Chris Santiago
Chris has earned the top player award for the BC MML South East Flames and has seven years of experience coaching both on and off the ice at all levels, and is available for private lessons and group training at NHTC.
Dacry Frederick
Darcy believes that your child’s all around game can improve with a combination of intensity, repetition and instant feedback from the coach, offering great skills to the team.
Cindy Mardyn
Cindy is a NCCP level 2-trained coach, with twenty-three years of coaching experience. She is currently registered with skate Canada, holds a valid first aid certificate and has taught all levels and disciplines of skating – from pre-school through to star skate and competitive skate, both with children and adults.
Kyle Becker
Kyle has been playing hockey competitively for the past 20 years and is currently a member of the UBC men’s varsity hockey team pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. He is an experienced instructor and an excellent member of the team.
Colton Beck
Colton is a true hometown hockey guy who loves the game. Only 26 years of age, he started playing hockey in Langley 21 years ago, training right here at NHTC and was one of the fortunate ones to play 4 years of Junior Hockey for his hometown team the Langley Chiefs. Now just one step away from the NHL, Colton returns with his immense enthusiasm for hockey and wants to continue to assist young players develop their game.
